Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only to the United States (inclusive of Hawaii and Alaska).
When will my order be shipped?
Orders received by 12 noon CST will ship out the same business day. Orders received after that time will ship out the next business day. We do ship orders on the weekends. Orders placed from 12:01pm on Friday through Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO, APO, of FPO boxes at this time. If the shipping address on your order is a PO Box, your order will be cancelled and you will be asked to to place a new order to an alternate shipping address.
Shipping Rates
We proudly use FedEx as our shipping carrier of choice for US domestic. International orders may require other services where FedEx is not available or too costly.

When will my order arrive?
Based on the shipping class selected, your order will arrive generally within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 12pm noon, will leave our warehouse the next business day. Orders received before 12pm noon will leave our warehouse the same day.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and link to the FedEx site to track the progress of your order. If you have not received a shipment confirmation email, please check your junk mail as it may be routed there by your own email system. If you are still having problems, please contact us.
